DR. JY WANA DAPHNE LIN HSIAO –(PhD, MA) President & Founder -- Dr. Hsiao has over 18 years experience in international business, marketing, and consulting management positions. An educator at heart and an entrepreneur in action, she worked in Taiwan for more than six years in international business and marketing and facilitated the grand opening of Taiwan World Trade Center. She also worked at Austin Public Access Television as Research and Marketing Director, and Sr. Organizational Development/Research Consultant for the City of Austin. Her latest corporate position was in a Silicon Valley Internet start-up, HelloBrain, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where she developed several core product features and has been involved in product marketing planning and the business development process. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Los Gatos Education Foundation and as a Consultant for the Economic Development of the City of Pittsburg, CA. Dr. Hsiao holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology and an M.A. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.

DR. J. WAYNE BENNETT – (MD, DDS) – Chief Medical Officer -- Dr. Bennett brings to Pacific Rim Crossings a wide array of technical, empirical and hands on experience from both a medical and business standpoint. Dr. Bennett began his medical career training in the field of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery. He also has an extensive research background encompassing pharmacological and medical device research in addition to therapeutic fields such as pain management, central nervous system and integrative medicine. In 1999, he turned his attention to the business side of the medical field, first as a Healthcare Analyst for small investment banking firms, and then as a Corporate Strategist by founding The Atman Group, a strategic development consultancy firm that assists small companies in articulating core vision through various marketing and business stratagem. Dr. Bennett has extensive contacts in the international medical community, as well as foreign sourcing and market partners. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Global Medical Products Holdings, a medical distribution company. Dr. Bennett attended prestigious academic medical institutions such as University of California, San Francisco and Stanford University and received degrees in both medicine and dentistry.

STAN DAVIS -- Senior Real Estate Development Consultant -- Mr. Davis is a successful real estate professional with a diversified background that includes extensive knowledge and experience in construction, leasing, sales, financing, management and development of commercial, industrial and residential real estate properties. Mr. Davis has received County and State recognition for his unconventional approach to financing public and private sector projects. Mr. Davis has been particularly successful in dealing with large corporate and government clients and negotiated and finalized transactions with major clients such as Coca Cola, General Electric, Intel, County of Santa Clara, Uniguard Insurance, Signetics, and development and joint ventures with New England Mutual Life, John Hancock and Crown Life and numerous local and regional clients. Mr. Davis has established a high profile in the business community; Mr. Davis began his career in real estate in 1970 after attending San Jose State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Real Estate.

ANDREW W. CARTER – (MBA, CPA) – Senior Consultant-- Mr. Carter has spent the last ten years assisting companies in the valuation and licensing of their intellectual property, as well providing business development and technology negotiation services for Intecap, formerly IPC consulting, an international intellectual property consulting firm. His clients range from Fortune 100 companies to individual inventors. He has been approved as an expert in the valuation of intellectual property by the U.S. Federal Court system. He is currently certified as a public accountant in the state of Illinois, and received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
