is Primus International Co., Ltd. Mitac has been in the education
training business for many years and Primus is also specialized
in offering credit courses with universities from abroad. Taiwan
operation will be in charge of marketing, promotion, enrollment,
program administration and management

Royal Roads University Canada for one year intensive Nursing program
(in the States) and MBA program (in Taiwan); and collaborated
